So if you want to live in this vibrant city it may be a great investment opportunity for you also.I'm looking to either sell or to trade-down to a small 2 bed house (with character) or nice good spec flat at max 200K - ANYWHERE Southern England (from Hampshire to Kent to Herts) or up to max 1.5hrs travel to central London by train in any direction. Needs to be great condition so I can rent it out. Not looking for ex local authority or 'family' homes/estate homes - sorry - only interested in something really nice or different. Cant accept less than my mortage 435K, but if I liked yours I will buy yours for up to 190K if it suits my needs and is rentable/mortgageable etc. Mine is currently rented out for 3 months.
