Who are we and where have we come from?

The Directors of Swaptogo.com have come from Estate Agency backgrounds with over 20 years experience.

The concept of Swaptogo.com arose when one of our Directors swapped a Bungalow for a House and had the easiest house move they had ever had. The housing market was starting to decline and finding buyers who could proceed on properties they wanted was becoming difficult due in part to the financial constraints that mortgage lenders were imposing upon them.

Within the Estate Agency several properties were matched and swaps took place with little or no problems with the chains. The idea was forming Swaptogo.com was chosen as the website trading name.

After a month online we were approached by a spokesman for The Home Sale Network. The Home Sale Network is a prestigious group of over 700 independent Estate Agents spread throughout the United Kingdom and who are an integral part of the world leader in international relocations, CARTUS.

All of the Agents within The Home Sale Network have been individually invited to join and are considered to be the best Independent Estate Agents within their Region, City or Town.

Home Sale Network has now selected Swaptogo.com as their preferred property swap and part exchange service provider and all of their members are now able to add unlimited numbers of properties to the Swaptogo.com website. As a direct result of this we will be encouraging other agents from all over the UK to join us so that we can have the highest number of properties that are available for swap or part exchange on any website any where in the world.

We are also encouraging international property listings to provide those possible relocations abroad or for ex-pats who want to come back to the UK.
